We have come a long way on the ’32 Ford in the last few weeks. After correcting a lot of the work from the previous chop the new cowl has been installed, the a-pillar posts cut and re-worked, the drip rails installed, quarters replaced and new deck lid fit. We also installed a new floor and modified the firewall so the customer could a megneto ignition. The doors also open and close and fit correctly in the body now. The wood structure has been cut and will be reinstalled once the inside of the car has been refinished. One interesting thing we, and the customer, discovered is that this is a very early model ’32. Notice the difference in the cowl vent door versus what it has morphed into for the majority of the ’32 Fords.
