This is the easy part of the build where we get to grind, cut and disassemble. Then the measuring and fabrication starts happening.

The TRD Supercharger arrived today for the 1967 Toyota. I think this should help this big vehicle get up and go!

Mike is finishing off the rear side body work for this classic car restoration. Next step is paint which is just around the corner.

Mike is done now working of finishing up the body work on the hood.
The team is setting the body down on the frame today for final fitment.
The techs got the front end of the Toyota test fit on the frame before prime.
Mike is making sure that the front end of the Toyota is square.
Now that Mike is done with making sure the front clip of the Toyota is square is is finishing all the welding and body work to get it ready to go to primer.
Now that Mike is done with the welding of the front end, he can finish smoothing it out with a skim coat of body filler.
Mike is making a custom aluminum plate to cover where the old license plate went.
Mike is working on installing the body mounts today for the Toyota Landcruiser.
Mike is done with the dash installation and is working on mocking up the rear seat. The vehicle will hopefully be moving into prime by the end of this week.
Mike is removing the glass from the Landcruiser before it moves into priming.
Dan just finish priming the fenders for the Landcruiser, next will be the cab.
Now that Ralph is done with the front end for the Landcruiser he is working out some minor items on the cab before it gets primed.
Ralph is still working on the Landcruiser taking care of some of the smaller imperfections.
Ralph is working on the doors for the Toyota today. A few more body items to take care of and the vehicle will be ready to move into primer and paint.
The inside of the doors have been painted.
Ralph now has the body finished up for primer and has pulled off the cab to put some final touches on the frame.
Ralph is working on welding on some of the mounts on the Toyota frame and measuring everything to make sure it is square before the body goes back on.
The cab of the landcruiser is primed and ready to get blocked down for paint.
Alex is finishing up with the body work inside the cab for the Toyota so it can go over to Dan for paint.
Alex is grinding down a few spots to repair on the inside of the cab for the 1967 Toyota Landcruiser.
The inside of the Landcruiser has been primed and we are sanding it down today. Tomorrow the inside will get painted.
The inside of the Landcruiser is fully painted. Next will be blocking the outside for paint.
We are block sanding down the exterior of the Landcruiser body to prep it for paint. This will get the body perfectly straight. Next we will reprime the vehicle, then scuff it and paint it.
The last coat of primer is dry and ready to be sanded.

We are moving forward with wrapping up the mechanical work for the Toyota. Today we are getting the booster/master assembly installed and hanging the pedals.
We are working on getting all the wiring and fuse boxes hooked up today on the Toyota Landcruiser. This process will take a couple of days to complete.

The battery is mounted, intercooler resivor is installed and intercooler piping is being run. We are also working on wiring and installing the front lights.
Chris is working on fabricating and installing the new flatbed for the Toyota.
Alex is working on getting the bed sides fabricated for the Toyota and the metal part of the bed is in the paint booth for paint.
The bed for the Landcruiser has ben sprayed with bedliner.

The wood sides for the bed have been painted and reinstalled.
John is working on replacing the front axles for the chassis of the Toyota.
John is working on setting up the gauges in the dash and fabricating retro style knobs to work with the modern control panel off the 2006 Tacoma.
We are working of finishing up retro modification of the dash for the Landcruiser.

The seats are in for the Landcruiser.
The Toyota is almost completed. The pictures below are of the dash almost assembled, the bed finished with stainless strips and hold downs and just a nice front shot of the vehicle.
The toolbox has been painted in Rhino liner.
Now that Dan is done with the paint touch ups he is reassembling the bed for the truck.
All paint touch ups are done, mirrors are painted and vehicle is reassembled.
