Motor and Tranny are mocked up for the Willys.
Getting ready to cut out the rear wheel wells for the 1941 Willys.
Work continues on adjusting the rear wheel openings and the scoop is in for the hood.
License plate opening is fabricated for the Willys.
Sanding down the body and working on adjusting the hood for the scoop.
Mike is glassing the transmission tunnel and finishing up the scoop for the hood.
The chassis is painted black for the Willys and everything is starting to get reassembled.
The Willys has been put in Raderal and Mike is now blocking everything down.
Mike has put the body on the chassis so he can fit the front clip and the hood.

The Willy’s is in the booth getting masked off for primer. You can also see in the pictures where Mike has already applied the undercoating.
The Willy’s is primed and the chassis for the trailer is painted.
The body of the willys is ready to be blocked for paint, Dan is working on sanding all the loose panels for the vehicle and the trailer is primed and ready for paint.
The trailer for the Willy’s is painted and Dan has started to cut in the doors, deck lid, hood and is painting the loose panels.

The chassis is getting new brake lines installed today and the body is getting ready for paint.
The steel brake lines are getting ran today and the body and all panels are in the booth getting painted.
The engine and tranny are set in the chasses and the flames are laid out and painted for the body.
The Willy’s is painted, clear and getting set back on the chassis.
The trunk is prepped to allow the gas tank and the doors are hung. Dan is now getting ready to install the wiring harness.
The fuel cell is getting installed and Dan has started on the wiring.

Dan continues to work on hooking up wiring and linkages.
Test fitting the steering column and seat.
The dash is installed for the Willy’s and Mike is working of fabricating the custom center console.
Dan is sanding and buffing the Willy’s and we are also working on installing the power seat tracks.
Dan continues to sand and buff, John is working of fabricating the battery box holder and tie down and Mike is working still on the center console.
The interior is in for the Willy’s and the front clip has been undercoated.
Dan is working of finishing off the fabrication of the radiator brackets.
Dan is running all the a/c, heating and cooling lines and they have installed the front lights. Mike is also working on building the exhaust today.

The drivetrain is fully assembled for the Willys and running.
The 1941 Willys kit car is done and ready for delivery. Keeping watching the local shows and national magazines as I think you will be seeing a lot of this vehicle.
